Without Hedy I could have never got this done. She is full service and worth every penny. She sold our condo with strategic ploys and purchased our home...despite...working with a listing agent who did not know anything about real estate and now; she has staged, timed and had 'everything in place' to get the most buyers in place over a short period of time to enable multiple offers. Getting from contract to the finish line had me very worried; but she was able to facilitate it to the end. I never saw her sweat. She is the 'real deal'.

Hedy helped us buy our new house and sell our old house. She did a great job in getting us a great price on both sides, negotiating with some tough sellers, and making both happen in a compressed time frame so that we only had 8 days overlap with both houses. AMAZING. Hedy really worked with us to make sure we were comfortable with what we were doing and she worked closely both with the brokers on the other side of our transactions and our mortgage and escrow teams.
